Brief: Design, Schematics, Programming, Documentation

Location: Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra.

Project Breakdown:

-       A total of 9 AMX Systems with either MVP8400 or NXT-CV10 touch screens

-       Each Room has Polycom HDX 8004 Video Conferencing

-       Audio Processing was handled by Clearone Converge systems which also handles Audio Conferencing

-       Multiple Laptop Inputs with some rooms with DVD, VCR, STB

-       Lighting Control

AV Control Group was commissioned to provide System Design for all five States for a Multi National Corporation. In collaboration with the consultant and Client we created a generic touch screen control for all systems, so that staff were able to travel between offices and feel comfortable with the use of the control systems. Client user manuals were created using screen shots of the touch screens.

-       A total of 18 AMX Systems with range of touch screen models

-       7 x Video Conference Rooms using Polycom VSX8000, Projectors, LCD screens, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB, Foxtel and Lighting control.

-       5 x Training Rooms with Projectors, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB and Foxtel.

-       2 x Conference Rooms with Projectors, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB and Foxtel.

-       1 x CEO Office with Plasma, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB and Foxtel.

-       2 x Meals areas with Rear Projection, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB and Foxtel.

-       1 x IT Presentation area with Plasma, Laptop Inputs and STB.

AV Control Group provided System Design, AMX & Clearone DSP Programming, set up all Video Conference Systems across all states and provided client user manuals documentation.

British American Tobacco Facilities staff was able to connect to any AMX system across all offices top control and monitor all Audio Visual Rooms.

AV Control Group provided System Design, AMX Programming, Client user manuals and Client Training. The systems have been in place for over 2 years.

Location: Sydney

Project Breakdown:

-       A total of 6 AMX Systems though out 3 building levels.

-       2 video and audio conference rooms with a Projector, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB and Foxtel. Clearone DSP.

-       1 video and audio conference rooms with a Plasma, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB and Foxtel. Clearone DSP.

-       1 Café presentation area that is audible across four levels. Images are shown on a projector. AMX controls Projector, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB, Foxtel and audio across all four levels, Clearone XAP400 handle all audio controls.

-       1 Dual Projector feature wall spaning 20 meters wide. AMX controls the scheduling of this system, to turn on / off and switch inputs locally and from the Café area through out the day. All scheduling controls can be change by the client through a web control panel.

-       1 relaxation / training area. AMX controls Projector, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB and Foxtel.

-       A total of 4 AMX Systems

-       1 Video Conference Room with AMX & Nexia VC DSP. Plasma, Laptop/PC Inputs, DVD, DVDR and STB.

-       1 Combinable room video conference system with a camera with in each room. Video Conference can be performed in either room or in combine room scenario. Rooms also include Projector, Plasma, Laptop/PC Inputs DVD, DVDR, STB.

Location: Sydney, Head Office

Project Breakdown:

-       A total of 4 AMX Systems.

-       1 Video Conference Boardroom, with Dual Plasma, Projector, Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR and Foxtel. MVP-8400 touch screen.

-       3 Combinable Training rooms, with 1 training room having video conference capabilities.

All rooms had DVD, VCR, with MVP-8400 touch screens.

-       A total of 2 AMX Systems of combinable rooms. One room with Polycom Video and Audio conferencing and Projector. Each room consist of Plasma Laptop Inputs, DVD, VCR, STB and Foxtel.

Brief: Programming Media Matrix X-Frame 88 system, Client Training

Location: Sydney

Project Breakdown:

-       Public address system for 3 levels of audio. With back ground music for the first floors. System was connected the EWIS fire system to allow a fire alarm to turn off all Paging system audio.

-       Café entertainment and presentation system with included Projector, DVD, VCR, Laptop Input. User interface was a Mio LCD touch panel.
